Privacy policy
Short and plain: what happens to your information when you visit this site or get in touch. Last updated 3 November 2026.
Who is responsible
AudioLink MEA is run by Michael Pedersen, based in Doha, Qatar. If you have any questions about your data, write to mpedersen0606@gmail.com.
When you contact me
If you email, call or message me on WhatsApp, I receive the information you choose to send – typically your name, company, contact details and your message. I use it only to answer you and, if we work together, for our business correspondence. I never sell it or use it for newsletters you haven’t asked for.
Messages sent through the contact form on this site are first received by AudioLink MEA’s web partner, who forwards them to me and does not use them for anything else.
If your enquiry concerns one of the brands I represent, I may share the relevant details with that brand so your question can be answered.
WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other links
WhatsApp and LinkedIn are run by Meta and LinkedIn. When you use them to contact me, their own privacy policies apply. Links to brand websites such as CANVAS HiFi, SV-Audio and ZenSati lead to sites with their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses analytics to understand how it is used – for example which pages are read, where visitors come from and which links and buttons are clicked. The analytics tools may set cookies or use similar technologies. The data is looked at in aggregated form, only to improve the site and how I reach distributors. It is never sold or used to build advertising profiles.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works without them. Fonts, images and videos are served from this site itself, and WordPress sets technical cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Simply.com in Denmark. Like any web server, it briefly records technical information such as IP address and browser type in server logs for security and operation.
How long I keep it
I keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for our dialogue or business relationship, and for as long as accounting rules require when we have worked together. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I have about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Just write to me. If you are in the EU and think your data is handled incorrectly, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country – in Denmark, Datatilsynet.
